Presented by Trevor Bond — head of manuscripts, archives, and special collections at WSU — this photo slideshow presentation will feature images of daily life at the Heart Mountain Relocation Center for Japanese Americans in Wyoming during World War II. The images are part of the Hirahara Collection, an extensive collection of photos taken by WSU alumnus Frank Hirahara and his father George and donated to the WSU Library last year by Frank’s daughter, Patti Hirahara.[back]
